Indira Pai
Indira is a QA Engineer at MangoSpring . After her BE in Computer Science, for the last 2.5 years she has been focussed on testing of products and applications across Web, Desktop and Mobile. She has been at the forefront of articulating and driving agile testing at MangoSpring and is known among her peers to possess great agile test execution skills.

Indira also sphere heads the woman power at MangoSpring and uses his leadership ability to educate and promote with vigor exploratory testing, test automation , test analysis and test management in the company.

Basant Chandran
Basant is a ISTQB certified Senior QA Engineer at MangoSpring. After his BE in Production/Industrial engineering, for the last over 4 years he has been focussed on testing of products and applications across Web, Desktop and Mobile. For over last 2 years his interests and time has been focussed on Product and applications QA using the Agile Model. Basant possesses in depth knowledge of Agile Testing and has used this to help MangoSpring’s customers like Intrado launch 911 service via SMS.

Basant also holds an MBA degree and is the captain of MangoSpring WII team. He uses his management skills very effectively to help provide real time live chat support to MangoSpring product users.

Harshad Oak
Harshad is the founder of Rightrix Solutions & IndicThreads.com. He is the author of the books a) Oracle JDeveloper 10g: Empowering J2EE Development 2) Pro Jakarta Commons 3) J2EE 1.4 Bible, all published out of the US for an international market. He has also authored several articles for Indian and international publications. He has a master’s degree in computer management from Symbiosis, India. Before founding Rightrix Solutions, Harshad was part of i-flex Solutions and Cognizant Technology Solutions.For his writings & contributions to technology and the community, he has been honoured as an ‘Oracle ACE Director’ and a ‘Sun Java Champion’. He was the first from India to be chosen for both honours.
Nikhil Bhandari
Nikhil Bhandari holds an Engineering degree along with 9+ years of experience as a Lead Software Engineer – QA. He is currently working with Intuit and previously worked with companies like Oracle, McAfee & Satyam Computers in Bangalore, India. He has utilized various testing tools & scripting languages for developing test automation frameworks for both desktop and online applications on various platforms.
Kapil Bhalla
Kapil Bhalla holds Masters Degree in Computer Applications from NIT Karnataka, India and has been working with Intuit India for last 2 years. Over the past year he played key role in developing TeKila – a tailor made Open Source Automation Testing Framework.

Nikhil is a application developer with around 5 years of experience.Nikhil been a part of a number of teams in primarily a developer role but also has spent considerable time as a business analyst and quality analyst. Nikhil has primarily worked on Java/J2EE projects.Nikhil has a lot of opinions on how software has to be designed and implemented.
Chirag Doshi
Chirag has around 8 years of experience in developing software applications. During these years he has played many roles including that of a developer, tester and analyst. He got bitten by the Agile bug in 2003 and since then he has been part of a large variety of agile teams in various ranging from 2 people in size till 200.He has published some of his experience reports in the IEEE magazine and has conducted many programming workshops.

In his spare time Chirag enjoys playing carrom, flying kites and most of all reading stories to his one year old daughter.
